Directions

change web and soiled diapers promptly

cleanse the diaper area

allow to dry

apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to web diapers may be prolonged

You would think that at 4 years old, my son wouldn't get rashes on his bottom anymore. But, he does. And, I still reach for the Dr. Smith's. No matter the irritant, it removes the rash and leaves my son comfortable, itch-free, with smooth and soft skin by the next morning.

This is the best diaper rash product, hands down. I gave it to a friend for her baby shower, and every new mother in my extended circle of friends uses it (and gives it as a shower gift, too.)
