Heat Guard® is your first line of defense in the prevention of heat-induced fatigue and performance loss. In addition to Sodium and Chloride, Heat Guard® contains Potassium. The unique wax tablet provides slow release, up to five hours, of the active ingredients to prevent "salt sickness" and provide a continuous "trickle" of vital electrolytes throughout workout or game situations. Convenient, easy to use, and much less expensive than electrolyte drinks.

Review:
I have walked two half marathons. The first one was without Heat Guard and the second was with Heat Guard. As a walker, I'm out there twice as long as some of the runners and finding a great electrolyte product was essential in making my second half a success. I took 45 minutes off my time, and had WAY more energy left at the end of the second event. Now I'm training to run in my next half marathon and I still use Heat Guard to keep me going. It's easy to carry in my pouch, easy to pop those little pills when I'm tired and sweaty, and it works!

Review:
I'm a marathon coach in South Texas. Running long distance during the summer here can be dangerous without proper supplementation. Heat Guard provides the best electrolyte concentration in the smallest dose of any product I've seen. It is the number one product I recommend for my team to keep them in top performance condition during the heat and to keep them safe. Great product!

As an Athletic Trainer in Texas, this is one of the most effective products available to keep my athletes electrolyte balance where it needs to be throughout practices and competitions. It is so much more effective than traditional sports drinks, more cost effective, and no clean-up is required. Awesome product.
